Bruce smoochiee Advanced RF Toolkit The Bruce V2, designed by Smoochiee and also known as the Bruce v2 Smoochiee, is a development board purpose-built for RF (radio frequency) exploration and IoT (Internet of Things) projects.
This case is designed for the one pictured here. There are a few versions some with SMA connectors soldered to the board some with 3 antennas. This one is for the SMA whips to be used with 2 antennas.
